Return & Exchange Policy
As all our murals are crafted to your specific order, we are unable to accommodate returns.
Damaged Packages:
Damaged packages can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Photo evidence of the package's condition, along with it being unopened, is required. We will manage shipping and cover the entire return cost. Refunds will be processed to the original bank account upon completion of the return.
Defective Murals:
In the event of an undamaged mural being found faulty or defective, a full refund is feasible with photo evidence, provided the mural is unused. Customers must inspect the mural's condition before installation.
Order Cancellations:
While we cannot guarantee order cancellations, we will exert every effort to stop production upon receiving a cancellation request.
