What is Mural Wonder?
Mural Wonder specialises in made-to-measure printed wall murals for homes and commercial interiors. Choose one of our designs, enter your wall dimensions, select your preferred material and adjust the artwork using our online crop tool before ordering. -
What is the difference between made-to-measure, custom and bespoke murals?
Most Mural Wonder designs are made to measure: you choose an existing design and customise its size and composition to fit your wall.
We may also use the term custom wall mural to describe a mural customised to your dimensions.
A bespoke mural is different. This involves creating new artwork or making substantial design changes for a particular project. If you are looking for something bespoke, contact us at hello@muralwonder.co.uk.

How do I order a wall mural?
Enter your wall width and height on the product page, choose your material and open the crop tool. Position the artwork as you would like it to appear, confirm the crop and then add the mural to your basket.
Your mural will be produced according to the dimensions, material and crop you confirmed.

How should I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and height of the wall.
We recommend adding approximately 10 cm / 4 inches to both the width and height to provide additional material for trimming during installation.

Can I adjust how the design appears on my wall?
Yes. Our online crop tool lets you position and scale the artwork to suit your wall dimensions before ordering.
Please check your crop carefully and confirm it before adding the mural to your basket.

What mural materials are available?
We currently offer three materials:
Premium — £27/m², minimum £30
Our standard mural material.
Washable — £35/m², minimum £40
A paste-the-wall material with a more washable finish.
Peel & Stick — £37/m², minimum £40
A self-adhesive material that does not require wallpaper paste.
Your price is calculated automatically from your dimensions and selected material.

Can I order a sample?
Yes. Samples are available if you would like to see the print and material before ordering a full mural.

Do you offer bespoke wall mural designs?
Yes, we can consider bespoke projects including new artwork, colour changes and other substantial design adaptations.
Please email hello@muralwonder.co.uk with your idea, wall dimensions and any reference images or information that may help us understand the project.

Does my wall need to be smooth?
For the best result, the wall should be clean, dry and as smooth as possible.
Texture, loose paint, dust, grease or uneven areas can affect adhesion and may also show through the finished mural. Holes or cracks should be filled and sanded smooth before installation.
If the wall has recently been painted, allow the paint to fully cure according to the paint manufacturer’s instructions before applying wallpaper.

Do you offer installation services?
Mural Wonder supplies the mural but does not currently provide an installation service.
Installation guidance is available, and murals are supplied in manageable panels.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Each mural is made specifically to your chosen dimensions and crop, so production may begin shortly after your order is placed.
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

Can I return a mural?
Because made-to-measure murals are produced specifically for each customer, change-of-mind returns are normally not available.
If your mural arrives damaged, defective or there is another problem with your order, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Where do you deliver?
Mural Wonder currently supplies customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and order.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
International shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier charges depending on the destination and local regulations.
These charges are determined outside Mural Wonder. If you receive an unexpected charge or have a question about your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer express shipping?
Express delivery cannot always be guaranteed and available options depend on the destination and order.
If your project is urgent, contact us before ordering and we can check what may be possible.

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and order and will be shown during checkout. Any free-shipping offer or promotion will be clearly displayed when available. -
Do you have retail store locations?
No. Mural Wonder is an online business and orders are placed through our website and shipped directly to customers. -
Do you offer bulk, trade or wholesale orders?
We are happy to discuss trade, bulk and larger project orders.

We run promotions from time to time. Current offers, when available, will be shown on our website.
