    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch (additional charges apply).

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £50.
    • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the mural.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping for custom murals. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: The timeline varies based on the mural's complexity and size. Once the mural is completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped within 3-6 business days.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch (additional charges apply).

  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your mural arrives in pristine condition. Each mural is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. If, however, your mural arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@muralwonder.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
