At Mural Wonder, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom mural art that meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Custom Mural Artwork
Since our murals are custom-made and designed specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom mural orders, except in cases of damage or defects. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with the design before confirming your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mural arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Here's how the process works:

Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@muralwonder.co.uk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.

Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine the best course of action. If approved, we will arrange for the return or replacement of the damaged mural.

Replacement/Refund: Once the damage is confirmed, we will either ship a replacement mural or process a refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Mural: A full refund will be issued, including shipping costs, if applicable.
- Cancellation Before Production: If you wish to cancel your custom mural order, please contact us at hello@muralwonder.co.uk. While we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order, we will make every effort to halt production as soon as we receive your cancellation request. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: As all our murals are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds if you change your mind after the mural has been created.

Incorrect Measurements Provided: We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please ensure that all dimensions are accurate before confirming your order.

Damage After Delivery: We are not liable for any damage that occurs after the mural has been successfully delivered.
Return Shipping
In the rare case that a return is approved, we will provide a return label and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. For other returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
